We changed our provider and have been waiting for 6 months for Suburban Propane to remove their tank from our property and refund us for the remaining fuel. They have not yet done what they promise to do each time we call them. Very poor service. (Update) One day after posting this they removed the tank. Thank you, Suburban Propane.

Not good for commercial customers. Insane wait time for delivery, over a week, and if you want tanks switched out they are booking out 3 months. Not good to work with if you own a business, or want your family to be warm in any reasonable amount of time. Not to mention if there is ever anything in their way, instead of coming in and saying something they will leave without doing the work and not say anything, leaving you thinking they finished the job. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Amazing customer support and service, April and her co-workers did a fantastic job on helping correct a situation which was something that I, the customer completly misunderstood and failed to fill out paperwork. April was extremely nice and caring about the situation and made sure that I got an emergency delivery that made sure I had propane. I would highly recommend suburban propane to anybody running propane. Amazing company and veteran friendly!.
