        let's outsource literally everything to our elusive "eligibility specialists" that have "such high call volume" that they cant even put me on hold or call back. this is calling at 9:00 AM. so unless you literally call them the second they open you arent getting help. this is all just to change the address on my insurance which they MISTAKENLY changed :)
