Hey Crowleyjust got off the phone with your emergency call center and I thought you should know how combative and dismissive the women we spoke with was. We called in concerned about a leak in our water heater and she mocking told my wife that this was only for emergencies!! like leaks and shut offs like a hole in your tank, not leaks in the system! she seemed bothered with both of us the moment we called in. (Twice) Definitely not the customer support we are used to when calling Crowley.

Crowley was able to help me on very short notices. They explained the process and made it very easy and seamless!! I would highly recommend!

I've been a happy customer for something like 7 years, for both heating oil and propane, but I would never recommend them at present. Firstly, online oil ordering has been disabled for months now, so I have to call to order. The ability to order online is key for me, and I understand temporary system issues, but this is prolonged and there's no status update/ETA for restoration, or any communication around the issue. So fine, it's inconvenient but not the worst to have to call, right? Wrong. The line is constantly busy, so you get the emergency response line who just tells you to call back later. I've called four times today alone. I'd much prefer the ability to wait in a call queue or leave a message/request a call back. Also, ditto to the last reviewer who mentioned how rude and combative the energy answering service is. They've hung up me on my last two calls. If this continues, I'll probably order from a competitor I've used in the past, because what I've valued most from Crowley is their great service, and that seemed to be totally absent now.
