        Steve came here on 4-11-2024 at 8 30 am, he came in to see what needed to be done(a rodent had chewed on my hot water line flex pipe) and went strait to work to fix the problem Steve went over and above his responsibility by spraying some spray foam that rodents don't like that I had bought and applied for me. he was very professional and polite and I would recommend him and your company. I also want to say that the young Lady that answered the phone was very nice (and I called 3 or 4 times on the 10th) and she also went over and above to get someone out here to fix my problem. they both did a wonderful job and should be commended. I am going to recommend Kennebec heating and plumbing when I get a chance. Thank You, James Kitchin Sr.
