Quaint inn with comfortable rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful despite being very busy. They were a true highlight. However, when I called after we checked out to get a charge clarified, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. That took the shine off this stay and knocks a star off the service.

We stayed here while visiting the Freeport area. The Inn is very well maintained. The common areas are welcoming - decorated with fresh flowers and seasonal decorations. The high tea in the drawing room is a nice bonus. The rooms are comfortable and clean. But what really makes this Inn are the employees- they are all very polite and helpful. A big shout out to James who ran the movie night and Michael the chef at breakfast. One thing is for sure, we will be back

Walkability: The outlets are just a minutes walk from the Inn
Food & drinks: The on site tavern was a great place to have breakfast and or dinner

Been here before always was good this time awful..pool not working #1 reason we booked here ..bar has a limited menu our room well it was just ok a lot of loud noise from the heater vent all night refrigerator made awful noises finally unplugged it safe to say we probably won't stay here again it's gone way down hill since COVID
