The most unprofessional, discourteous customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life and that was from the branch manager. Run, do not walk, away from this bank. Employees there seem very unhappy under current management and rightfully so. With so many banking choices available, why even consider giving business to an entity that allows individuals like their branch manager to exist. Very discouraging. Update to review on 11-2-23: Management for the Gorham branch changed several months ago and the employees seem happier & eager to help customers. The tellers are friendly and try their best to service customers as fast as possible. New management has obviously made an impact on the quality of service as the employees now enjoy interaction with all customers.

Ive been with TD for two days and nothing but problems. So the employees here are fine. TD as a whole is the problem. I went to purchase something online and had to do a verification code which was fine. Went to log into the online account to check my balance after just to be told I cant log in and to call. Okay sure. I call and the other person was rude. They ask a million questions about your transactions but how are you supposed to know the proper date and amount IF YOU CANT LOG IN. If you ask them to repeat the prompt they all give you attitude. Luckily my guesses were close enough. Then Im told my phone number doesnt qualify for verification and I need to go into an actual bank? That doesnt make much sense at all. The card works and I can purchase things but Im going to be closing that account when my pending deposits clears. My account is constantly getting flagged and Im constantly on the phone. Thats not what want in a bank. I opened up an account with Evergreen and Im going to be switching to them. TD is such a disappointment.
