Excellent customer service ... It is so rare these days to call a business and have them pick up the phone immediately. I also get directly connected to someone in the office that can help me. Very knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend Allstate and Jane Bell's agency and staff ... Five stars!

Top notch service as always from the Jane Bell Allstate branch, especially for that tall dark and handsome dude that not only gave me a quote for boat insurance but heard my dog bark in the background and gave much welcomed training advice to look into.

I was looking for a new insurance company to handle all my Insurance needs, and this company has all the information I needed, IE price for all our vehicles and for our home insurance. Talk with them and just see what they can do for you.

Had a great experience working with Jeff! Super friendly, knowledgeable, local "Mainer" who went above all other customer service expectations transitioning all our insurance needs. As Allstate is pretty competitive with others, the service is why I continue with Allstate. Keep it up Jane Bell's office!
