        I just can understand why I was charged an additional $3.88 for a letter containing gift cards. The post office worker told me it was because it was not bendable and she charged me for a package. I receive letters sized envelopes with gift cards in them all the time and never have paid this ridiculous charge.

        At least once or twice a week it seems like I dont have mail deliveries. Yesterday I printed postage for a small box and as of this afternoon it still sits in my mailbox. Seems like reliability is a problem. Can I expect changes for the positive? Ive been unable to reach the Post Office by telephone.

        If I could give zero stars I would. I have had multiple items damaged by our mail carrier, mail is constantly bent in half (including hardcover books!) or left in the ditch that I have to crawl into to retrieve. It has been days since my mail had been delivered. Currently missing 4 packages that have been out for deliver for the past 3 days! Absolutely awful! Impossible to call! I loathe the Kennebunk postal service
