Particulary now- the need to focus on the social and emotional needs of young people is essential. The Roots Up program is not only easily accessible, but it is also backed by research and trauma informed strategies. Julie's inviting approach makes both teachers and students feel at ease and excited to try mindfulness-based practices. The skills taught in this program are life long strategies that both children and adults can utilize. I highly recommend this program!

Julie is absolutely wonderful! The kids class blends yoga, mindfulness, and fun. She provides a visual schedule that she refers to throughout the class. Her instructions are clear and easy for kids to follow. The sequence of the class is planned perfectly to keep kids engaged the entire time. I highly recommend Julies classes!

Julie's method is amazing! I'm an early, childhood teacher looking to Julie for engaging, effective ways to teach my community while they're at home with their families.
