        Customer service for some reason is now horrible. I've made several calls to their office to get a problem resolved. Can not get anyone to fix the issue nor will they call me back. They charged me for a policy after they were told to cancel my coverage as I was no longer using that car. They have not given me my refund nor any call back. They told me their agent made a mistake. I agree they did so fix it. Send me the refund that is owed to me and my wife. RV
