greater portland metro

On time and usually nice drivers. Great system and with the switch transit app it makes the bus system a lot easier to understand. I just moved here a little over a year ago. I live In Westbrook, before it was Portland. Only took about 2 months to have it down pat.

I'm giving a 4 , but many of the bus drivers deserve a 5. It's a few, that you say thank you they say nothing. I've missed many buses, because they go early, and had one drive right by me daytime at bus stop. If their late they can be rude hurry. The ones who have been driving for years..cudo I had bus driver close doors hit me in the back called metro never a return call or about bus going by me etc

the lack of safety running stop signs and parking in unsafe ways and making it impossible to go around them when they pull over at there bus stop is pathetic
