        i think some of these reviews have NEVER stayed at a hotel in maine, no the rooms do not have bugs, no there is no cigarette smell nor are the carpets dirty. this hotel is a good option to stay at, but a lot of the time people who are trying to make a ferry get stuck over and stay here so they can leave there car in line, in my opinion grate place to stay Rooms: clean, good ac and heat Walkability: your very close to all of main street

        Rooms are Clean, perfect location, Staff absolutely Fantastic, just so friendly and accommodating. All the restaurants close by.

        Right across from the ferry terminal and on Main Street, this is a well located hotel with all rooms facing the harbor. Shower pressure is great. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is included and they offer a nice selection with excellent quality: Cabot butter. Real eggs. Thomas English muffins. Its a very affordable, safe and clean hotel! I highly recommend!
