AT&T Store

I recently visited the AT&T store located in Scarborough, Maine with high hopes of resolving a discount issue, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon discussing a potential discount with a representative at the store, it was promised that the discount would be applied to my account. However, upon reviewing my bill, the discount was nowhere to be found. When I reached out to corporate customer service for assistance, their solution was nothing short of disappointing. Instead of rectifying the issue promptly, they suggested signing up for a $12 annual AARP membership to receive the discounta discount that should have been complimentary in the first place. Adding insult to injury, during my interaction with the customer service representative at the store, I was not informed about the $6.50 per line early upgrade fee. This lack of transparency is concerning and reflects poorly on AT&T's commitment to providing clear and honest communication with its customers. Overall, my experience with AT&T's customer service at the local store and corporate level has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better from a company of AT&T's stature.

I was greeted as I entered the store and was helped immediately. The representative seemed very knowledgeable regarding the problem and fixed it within five minutes. Excellent customer service. As a comparison, I waited for well over an hour recently for an equipment pickup that lasted five minutes once I got to the counter. Terrible.

They were supposed to open at 9 am but I arrived at 9:40 am and found them still closed without any explanation
