Pam is absolutely phenomenal. She took time to break down every little detail about our contract and steps moving forward. Pam always answered my messages so promptly even on her days off she was involved in helping me find MY perfect home. For not only myself but my 4 crazy dogs! It's not just about showing you properties it's about telling you the truth about them. she is very honest and tells you how it is about the properties- from the roof right down to the studs!! She wont let you buy a dud !! Loved working with her! Cant suggest Pam enough!

Pamela and her team were so wonderful throughout the whole process. Pam was very accommodating since we were not able to be there in person to look at homes. She made it easy by touring homes via FaceTime. Once we found a home we really loved Pam worked with us and the sellers to allow some of my family to view the property in person for us to make sure we were not missing things from only seeing it by video walk-through. This was not our first time buying a home but it was the first time buying in another state. Pam did listen to us when we told here what we were looking for and she found a home that met all our needs. Thank you to the Libby Starnes Team. I am a first time home buyer and Pam was absolutely amazing. From me sending her potential properties to closing she was right there. She worked directly with my mortgage lender and just made the whole process so easy! I would and will be recommending Pam to anyone that asks!
