On very short notice Alicia became my realtor on a Thursday, listed and sold some land I owned on Saturday within 2 hours of posting the listing and then crafted a strong offer for a house I wanted to buy that I had just seen. Ashley is incredible! She makes you feel as though you are the only one that she is working with. She's extremely prompt in responding to any ask or request you have. ..and at all hours! She showed us several properties in southern and central Maine for 4+ months and did it with patience and grace. She got us into properties very promptly, gave us feedback and thoughts on each one. We changed direction and pivoted several times with our geographic area and the type of property we were looking for and she took it all in stride along the way. Her professionalism, kindness and humility are top notch. I would recommend Ashley, without any hesitation, to anyone and everyone!

We had a lovely evening celebrating my husband's birthday. The hanger steak was done to perfection! Everything was wonderful right down to the house made Limoncello! Thank you to all!
