I have bought and sold three houses through Carol, but the first house had two prior ones fall through before I was able to bring the third to closing, so really it's been 5 houses she's helped me buy or try to buy, and two she's sold for me. She has been the BEST through all of these! She is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling real estate, mortgages, home equity loans, home inspections, home construction, etc. Her knowledge of the market and offer strategies have saved me from overpaying for the houses I buy, and she always recommends a building inspection which saved me from buying two houses with expensive problems the sellers wouldn't or couldn't fix. She uses a professional photographer and gives you ideas of how to best present your house when selling, so I've gotten top dollar for the houses I've sold through her. In short, there is no better realtor anywhere! I highly recommend Carol and her husband, Earl. Not only are they completely competent, experienced and professional, but also friendly and fun to work with. I hope I've found the house and community I will want to stay in for a while so I can stop moving. But if I do sell again, Carol will always be my broker.

I will recommend Carol Kline and Kline Realty Group to everyone forever! She helped me sell a multi-family and answered more questions than I even knew to ask. She put my mind at ease through every step of the way, her entire boutique agency was available to me, she responded to me within minutes every time... I can't say enough good things.
