as usual, they showed up promptly and performed a quick and effortless inspection. i've been using kenneth's chimney service since 2017 and have encountered zero issues. they've also been accommodating with adjusting the schedule for me during a last-minute emergency. this all happened in annapolis, and the employees, whether it was raymond, conner, jared, marvin, or ernest, always provided top-notch chimney sweep services.

What an organized, professional, and amiable family-operated business Kenneth's Chimney Service is. I was truly struck by the quality of their service and their excellent communication prior to and throughout the appointment scheduling. Such fantastic people! My highest recommendation and a 5-star rating. A remarkable local family enterprise! Marvin was exceptional, and so was his son. They were incredibly polite and proficient.
