Knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire purchasing process! Bill worked with me and my folks in the purchase of a condo unit in the Annapolis area. He first spent an entire day with us touring various developments on the water and in a few downtown locations, sharing his expertise and insight into the best type of properties to suit our combined needs. Over a few month span following that first meeting, Bill stayed in touch as potential new properties came on the market, never in a pressuring way, and always in a "happy to be of any help" mindset. When we eventually found a property that seemed just right for us, he guided us through the closing process with ease and offered advice for how to help us best navigate a fair price. Bill Hyland was instrumental in helping us find and purchase a condo 10 years ago on Back Creek. We gave him two criteria (a slip for our sailboat and gas for cooking) and within a day we had found the perfect condo for us at Severn House. Bill was able to give us critical background information on the financial and structural integrity and neighborhood safety for each of the condo communities we looked at that day. Since then, I have consulted with him briefly on various condo issues in Annapolis and he has always been gracious and helpful.
