My experience at Shade Tree Trace was great thus far. The leasing team was very professional and courteous. They made sure I understood all information that was presented. When I had to call them the answered promptly. When they stated they would call me back for any reason dealing with this process they did just that. So far my experience with them was great. I am well pleased. I hope it will continue when I hopefully become a resident. Also I wanted to add that the maintenance team is great. They addressed my concerns quickly. So far nothing negative to say at all. Appreciate these guys. I hope they keep up the great work.

No Security, No parking passes paying all this rent. Maintenance is terrible. They come in when they wanna come in and do a half a job then go back and say the job was complete when it was not fixed at all you have to call back about the same complaint sometimes when you call back, it's like you never called at all, trash has been thrown in the parking lot damages is done to vehicles windows, breaking cars selling people tags no structure . when I called about these complaints they said for me to call Security on my own they don't deal with that. people are coming to park their cars that don't live around their cars that's stolen or parked around there. It's terrible. I can't wait until my lease end.

This is a very nice place. The only suggestion that I have is that the trash be collected two or three times a week, not just once a week.
