        Jill and Pat are the absolute best and have made my move in stress free! This has been the best renting experience I have had. I love my new apartment. I can not say enough good things about Montrose Manor.

        Catonsville is such a lovely, peaceful little town, and Montrose Manor is ideally so. It's homey, family-friendly, and charmingly tucked away amongst the trees. This is my first experience renting an apartment--I wanted away from the city and this is perfect. The buildings were built in the 60s, and are amazingly well kept (my hardwood floors are beautiful). Jill was so polite and helpful. Application was fast and I was able to move in immediately.
