When I need, my bathroom bath tub be done Teresa when to my house check it, and sent someone to repair it he made a wonderful job with my bathroom bath tubs Also, I have 9 years in this project and every worker are helping me every time that I need help especially the manager Teresa She is very nice and a sweet person with me

The heat stopped working in my unit, so I asked for maintenance to come by. About an hour later parker and Wayne came and fixed the heat. I am so grateful!

do not move here , theresa is very deceiving and does not keep her word on ANYTHING , will tell you one thing and another office associate one thing and go back on her word to do the complete opposite !. also from the time i moved in all of my maintence requests were never fullfilled from broken screens , chipped paint , loose windows , broken light switch in the bathroom to where i couldnt even use the plug at all ! closet doors always falling off and a very loud dishwasher that i called about more than a handeful of times . lets not forget about gas leaks when you have a 2 year old child in the home that results to no power for 3 days ! they also charge you per month for "pest control" that is never done and there is trash , mattress, junk all over the property. i also have contacted Corparate (spoke to jill ) for theses concerns and they have yet to get back to me i mean i dont expcet much from a company that hires such TRASH (theresa) or will sit around and state how they "love evictions" . great for buisness , i guess.
