        Had an appointment scheduled through M&T customer service to speak with someone regarding business banking. Branch associate Eric Harbaugh was assigned the appointment. However upon arrival he refused to honor the appointment stating that he was the wrong person to speak with. I believe this is because I'm a person of color.
