        I am an 18 year customer of Sprint/T-Mobile. I've had at times 4 lines and currently 2 lines. I've always paid my bill on time with autopay. I've purchased many many phones from them. Over the holidays I was bombarded with free upgrade offers etc in my email and text. So since the craziness has finally slowed down, I went in to my local Maugansville, MD TMobile store to upgrade my Iphone 12. All I wanted was more storage to something with at least 128gb storage. I didn't care about the model or camera etc. Skyler finally approached me and looked absolutely put off that she was working on a Saturday morning at 11:15 am. She kept barking off orders to me, give me your ID and was sarcastic and completely disrespectful. I turn 50 this year, and am from a generation that operates in basic manners. Absolutely no respect at all from Skyler, ZERO. She then rolled her eyes and told me all she could offer was $300 toward an upgrade Iphone 15 with the trade in towards a $1k pluse phone. Shocked, I said, "really?" how about a free upgrade to an Iphone13 0r 14? That made her triggered and she smarted off...YES...REALLY! It was her final snap at me with her giant nose ring wrinkled up that did it for me. At that point, she could have offered me the moon and I would have turned it down. Management needs to supervise and train TMobile employees that it is not about them, they are there to serve the customer. They should have Chik-Fil-A train for a day. T-mobile, You just lost an 18 year customer. I already had switched my 2 business phones to ATT and now will be moving my 2 personal lines as well. It will take a lot to get me back.
