Julia Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

My brother has been a resident of Julia Manor off and on, for a year and a half. Because of my job, I have been in numerous nursing facilities over the years and Julia Manor is without a doubt, the cleanest nursing care facility I've ever been in. Several years ago, under previous owner ship, I couldn't have said that, but under the current ownership and management they have made a 100% improvement. I've told my family, heaven forbid, that if the day ever comes that I need to be placed into a nursing care facility that I would be perfectly fine with Julia Manor. The staff is another attribute. They are all very friendly and helpful!

Julia Manor has went above and beyond in a very difficult time. We had our first in person visit last Wednesday for the first time since the window visits had to cease . The facility orchestrated a very very well organized visit to keep my mom safe and us as well and still were able to have a good visit. My mom has been in Julia Manor since January 8, 2020 . I have nothing but great things to say about the staff . It doesn't matter if you talk to Lori in admissions, Amanda the receptionist , all my mom's nurses , Nurse manager on third floor , Social Services . Everyone is more than glad to help you with whatever you need. And anyone else I might have forgotten. Mom has had the best of care since she has been there .Mom always looks forward to Leona the activity director bringing goodies around to make her day. They have had their hands full in this past year with this awful pandemic , however , they did whatever needed to be done to help my mom through it. Which I'm sure at times was a very difficult feat. But they got it done regardless. It was very much appreciated. All the staff keep me updated on any change or anything that goes on with my mom so I am informed on how she's doing since we couldn't be there in person. You can't ask for anymore than that. The new Administrator { Jared } is extremely nice and caring as well. We are extremely pleased with all the care & kindness shown to us and my mom . They treat my mom as if she was their own and that means alot when you can't be there all the time and it's your loved one. It is a very special place with alot of special people to care for our loved one. THANK YOU JULIA MANOR FOR ALL YOU DO!!!!!

With visitation starting up, my first visit was yesterday, the staff had made the entire process very smooth with all that was involved with safety and sanitary procedures in place. Very well executed and extremely efficient system they have in-place. Great job to all involved. I have had nothing but a great experience with every single employee that I had spoken with at Julia Manor. The care my mother is getting is way better that I would have ever expected. My moms care is priority to our family and Julia Manor has really stepped up and made this difficult time as painless as possible. There are too many people to name that have been involved with this process but I assure you when I speak to anyone at anytime during the day and night, they take the time to listen to me and they also provide me with updates related to my mothers health and wellness. Great job to all involved. I really appreciate it. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that is in need of this type of care.
