The facility is dirty and very much worth less then one star n idk why its still open need to do better and then leaving patients in basically their own filth is so so wrong DO BETTER

I used to work there as the Activities Director and loved my job and the residents however was very overworked and underpaid. Had to do multiple departments without compensation. Furniture in office was falling apart didnt have equipment to do the job and had to use personal equipment. When corporate was notified they did nothing to fix the many issues that was going on. They are always understaffed. I would not recommend this facility to anyone either as a resident or as a staff member.

Fell do to staff not doing they're job. You turn on light and a half hour later they may check to see what you need . Fell at scales because they didn't want to put me and wheelchair on, then the chair and subtract the chair.

Only getting a star because I can't leave a review otherwise . THIS IS THE WORST NURSING HOME IVE EVER ENCOUNTERD !!! They ignored my mother's brain bleed for days to the point she fell into a coma ... Only then did they send her to the hospital where she died 2/3 days later !!! When I demanded answers on HOW or WHY .... The director of nursing along with everyone else was CLUELESS and couldn't give me ONE answer !!!! Aside from that it's dirty ... Blood on the walls and doors ... They leave you in soiled diapers for HOURS !!! My mother was in and out the hospital 4/5 times in the last 6 months before her death for things that could have been prevented!!!! This place needs shut down and these nurses and doctors need to be fired or worse !!!
