Weve been living here for three years now this is the worst customer service that we receive from management I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone to live. I call to discuss a bill and the lady wouldnt listen and hang up the phone on me. On top on that they dont clean the hallway elevators are always filthy trash room. Its always filled up with trash

THE MOST unprofessional, rude, distasteful staff I have ever encountered IN MY LIFE. The turnover rate for the leasing manager and leasing office specialist just highlight how AWFUL this company, this property, and these employees are.

Dont even waste your time. I have been living here for 10 months and it's been horrible don't even get me started with the utility bills. $600 for a utility bill for a month. I work Monday -Friday I'm only home on weekends. when I was moving in I was told something else. I called the office they gave me a bunch of excuses I called the utility company I was told the building only has 1 meter and they sent the bills to the rental office. the office splits the bill to the Units it doesn't matter if you're around or if you've used it or not you'll still get a bill. The manager completely denied it and rushed to hang up the phone and they have other issues too. CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT.

Living here has been an awful experience with parking. Ive been trying to settle things with management, but Ive gotten mixed results. This is the 4th time my car has been towed and Ive only lived here for less than 3 months.
The parking situation is out of hand and Avondale refuses to address it. More than once Ive come home and have found no parking spots in the non reserved parking. So Ive had to park in a numbered spot. My car was just towed around 2 AM. I remote started my car as I saw the tow truck approach it, and they still towed the car anyway. Avondale, Kettler, or whomever needs to be held accountable for the abhorrent parking conditions here.
I discussed the parking issue with the property manager a few weeks ago, and as of last week, I was informed that he no longer works here. So there is literally no property manager on site. Finding some manager or someone to contact now has become increasingly difficult. The management and communication have been absolutely horrible and unacceptable.
I really wanted to like this place, but my regrets are at an all time high.
