        Markesia and Tracey in the leasing office have been great. I've been living here for 2 months and I feel safe. Parking is easy, no fear if my packages being stolen they hold the in office. I'm very pleased with my new home.

        This is not a great place to call home-I strongly suggest avoiding it. 1. Theyre outright lying about the amenities youll be paying for, for example, the hot tub (which is shared with a hotel) isnt working and hasnt for a year with no plans to repair it. Its false advertising, no way around it. 2. The management is extremely rude and unworkable-they charged me 100.00 for a few cents off on a monthly direct withdrawal. Theres many examples similar. 3. The security will enter your residence without consent. Theyre rude and dont understand their role and purpose is to take care of the residents. 4. Theyre awful with pets. They will assert that, if you do care for an animal , they can tell you were to take him/her to urinateoutsideon public street. Truly suggest avoiding the problem, theres several newer buildings in the area.

        Plaza towers is a beautiful place to stay The manager Ms. Tracey is very knowledgeable and helpful. She makes every effort to ensure that tenants needs are met. However every tenant may have a different experience but my overall experience especially with the management staff and building Engineers have been pleasant. Sometimes work tickets may delay but at the end they will get the job done. Thank you

        Bad maintaining and construction noises all the time. Not at all peaceful and there are cockroaches everywhere.
