        The Bank of America Financial center's outside atm machine accented my debit card then immediately shut down without returning the card. The next day, I went there hoping to get my card or money, but was told the atm doesn't belong to Bank of America. When I asked to whom it belongs to the gentleman who I spoke to said he didn't know. Because of that I had to cancel and reschedule my mom's 90th birthday party. Mh family and friends were sadly disappointed
