        Daryl (Hyattsville Branch) deserves an award for the brightest and kindest Angel. Wed come to use the notary service. Unfortunately, the bank turned us away (this has occurred repeatedly with this branch) because the one notary public on site - the bank manager - said she was tied up for the next three hours. For us, it was $8 and a small inconvenience to go to the nearby UPS store. Daryl and her professionalism and kindness gets the credit for our maintaining our five accounts with Capital One. Thank you Daryl!
