Do NOT rent from this location!
I have rented several cars from other locations and never had an issue. Do not go to Mt. Airy.
1) They gave me a car that smells like straight cigarette smoke. It triggered my allergies it was so bad. They should clean and inspect their cars, prior to giving it to someone. Its impossible not to notice the smell, which tells me that they could care less.
2) The battery to the keyless remote is going dead. So now I have to take it back to get it changed out. I dont have time for this. Its bad enough my car was hit by a drunk driver, I dont need the extra frustration.
Updated to add:
3) I had to stop at an auto zone to buy a windshield wiper for the rental. It was Sat. & they are closed & its pouring down rain. I could not see at all in the rain and the blade made so much noise, it was obvious that they have not changed it recently. Dangerous and irresponsible. I want to see evidence of when the windshield wipers were replaced last. I also have the old blade & a receipt for reimbursement. Ridiculous. I am bringing the car back today and replacing it. Im fed up.
