Doug is not only an amazing realtor but hes someone you can call a true friend. Doug and his team treat you like family and work hard for you! Something that doesnt happen a lot in todays world. He makes sure to find the perfect house that checks all the boxes. He will shoot you straight and make sure you are well informed from start to finish so you dont feel lost or unattended. Doug moves fast and with a purpose so you dont miss out on your dream home. My two young adult daughters introduced me to Doug Gardiner after meeting him by chance and using him as an advisor and agent to help them navigate the complicated process of home ownership. I was so impressed with the way he took the time to lead them through the process, especially because one of them needed to set herself up in a better position to qualify for a loan. Doug told her what she needed to do, she took it to heart and followed his advice, and one year later, with Doug as her agent, she purchased her first home. And when she sold it, again with Doug as her agent, she made a tidy profit. Doug puts his clients first, whether they are investing a little, or a lot. Altogether, he has handled 6 real estate transactions within our family of four and if we buy or sell in the future, it will be Doug.
