Carla Viviano was absolutely a gem to work with. Her ability to work with my elderly mom and me together to to sell a condo and have it under contract in two days was amazing. Carla was great with communicating everything regarding the sale process and kept us in the loop for everything and replied to any question very quickly. The professional photos used to show the condo helped it to stand out above all other similar properties. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in any part of Maryland.
