I received four emails over the two years I lived here, asking for a positive review. Here my HONEST review. TL;DR Lived here two years (unfortunately). -The leasing team is weird. The manager has always been great, but she is always on vacation and is very difficult to get ahold of. - Barely any visitor parking. - Vehicles have been broken into on multiple occasions. The garage gate on the second building has been stuck open for months. Anyone can get inside. - Computer stations never worked. - There were constantly pet accidents in the elevators or scattered in the halls. - Uber and Doordash are always lost. Overall, go with your gut feeling before leasing here. The detailed review begins here: - Leasing team: I can never get a clear answer when I email them. I could never visit before they closed at the end of the day. On On my off days, they would have the door locked with notes stating that they were out on tours or at lunch. All communications with them were full of empty promises (getting back to me about concerns, questions I had regarding moving my unit, getting a reserved parking spot, or smoking in the building). There was a lot of falsehood during communications or condescending remarks that were unrelated to my concerns. The leasing office would also have a strong odor when I would visit. A stentch of what I believe was marijuana, and overwhelming feminine odor at times. - Parking: There was a system implemented later in my lease for guests to purchase overnight parking passes, but there were never any spots for them to actually park in. On top of it all, the payment system in the portal never worked anyway. My guests would have to sneak their car into the hotel parking across the street. - Business center: Leasing here forced me to upgrade my laptop and invest in a printer. Every chance I got to use the business center, the computers were in need of updates or they wouldn't power on. At one point, one of the desktops was missing a mouse and I couldn't navigate the computer. The sole occasion I came across a functioning computer, there was a grade school boy playing games on it. - There hasn't been a single time where I have left my unit and I didn't run into animal droppings. Every time I bring this to the leasing office's attention, they assure me about their cleaning team. However, I am gone before the team arrives (if there even is one, and it's not a leasing agent simply cleaning the animal accidents) and more mess appears before I return home in the evening. I couldn't trust my shoes when I entered my house, I had to keep a can of Lysol by the door. For the dogs that do make it outdoors, their owners can't even clean their droppings. The dog stations are constantly out of bags or they're spilling over. Lastly, - Security: This building is extremely outdated on safety measures. Most apartments within the Montgomery County area use keys to access every point of the building. Anyone can walk in during the day and mosey up the elevator without resistance. The stairs in the buildings and the garages don't require keys either. Anyone who's up for it can navigate the stairs too. I had to keep additional locks on my doors when I returned home because the building doesn't feel secure.

Do not believe the positive reviews! Management asks residents to leave them, I was asked to leave one too! I have lived here for 2 years and have not one positive thing to say: 1. Fire alarm goes off all the time at random hours. 2. It is terribly difficult to get into contact with anyone from the office. 3. Dog poop litters the property outside and inside in hallways 4. Mice throughout the building, not just in trash areas 5. Cars are routinely broken into in both garages, but management refuses to do anything about it, like installing cameras. This is documented by multiple residents and on the apartment message board 6. Parking is more expensive for the gated garage but the door has been broken for months and has been left open. Again, management refuses to do anything about it. 7. Guests are charged to park in either the gated or ungated garages and even on the weekends. Do not live here. The reviews here are falsified and if the apartment message board was public, no one would live here. It doesn't matter what deal they are offering, it is not worth it. Edited to add that it has now been several months and the safety issue in the garage has not been solved. Windshields have continued to be broken, tires slashed, and gas tanks siphoned.
