EDIT: THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER
The second we made the purchase, the "wonderful experience" turned into a nightmare. The sales associate, William John, lied to us about timing in order to make the sale. He assured us in store that our couch pieces were in stock and would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. He even called me later that evening to tell me that the couch would be ready early and I would receive a call in one week to schedule delivery. He then badgered me about not having yet left him an online review and proceeded to send me the reviews link. Pushy, but I left the review because, at the time, we were happy with our experience. Fast forward 6 weeks and not only do we have no couch, we have been told it won't be ready for at least another 2-3 weeks. When I questioned the reason for the delay, I am told that the original 2-3 week timeline was never a reality and that we never should have been told that. I have called the store everyday for two weeks trying to speak to the manager who is conveniently never available and does not return calls. Yesterday, when I called the store and asked to speak with the manager, William John hung up on me and proceeded to text me repeatedly saying he never lied. Our family has made many purchases from Marlo over the years, but this will absolutely be our LAST purchase from Marlo. And to William - here is your review: 0 stars. Don't recommend.
We had a wonderful experience working with William to purchase a new sectional. He worked with us to select the perfect size and configuration for our space at a fair price. Highly recommend.
