On October 8th I stopped by the Cricket location in Severn for the first time. It was in the middle of shift change and I was still greeted with courtesy by both employees one being SANA. SANA was very patient and informative. She walked me straight through alot of the functions of the new phone and showed me multiple ways to save my contacts and other pertinent information. This was super important considering my current phone was completely dead. She also informed me about the customer benefit of HBO max. All of my questions were answered and very informative. SANA customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! This type of service is very rare today but very commendable. To all in the area do yourself a favor and stop by the location. THANKS AGAIN SANA!!!
