AT&T Store

They have the worst customer service. They caused me to pay 40 dollars extra because of their mistake, I called AT&T and they told me I need to sort it out with the store. I called the store and explained what had happened and they said they would apply that money in my account, I waited for 11 days, some days I called to check what was going on, the manager was either busy and didnt bother to speak or she wasnt in. On the day I was supposed to make a payment, I called them once again and they put me on hold for 1 hour. Then I drove down to the store to sort it out but the manager didnt come out from the back, they said she was busy and I had to wait. I have been waiting for 11 days I told them but nothing changed. They have the worst worst worst customer service.

I had been with my cell service provider since 2001, but the prospect of switching to AT&T filled me with apprehension. However, I proceeded with the process, only to discover that AT&T operates with ruthless ambition, prioritizing commissions over customer satisfaction. Despite being assured of a simple task, my experience at their location revealed a disregard for my needs and preferences. What should have taken a mere 15 minutes stretched into days of frustration. Needless to say, I am deeply disillusioned and wary of engaging with this particular AT&T location in the future.

Demetrius was fantastic, professional, and knowledgeable! Super kind and there was NO wait. He didnt push me to purchase a bunch of add ons and told me how I could save money. Love that AT&T is unionized on all fronts. The employees are fantastic!
