I found My mattress!! Great customer Service! Mr. Tamsir, was Friendly and a professional. Answered all my questions. I felt relatively confident at making such an expensive and important purchase. My Hybrid Mattress and split box springs were delivered the next day.by true professionals. They arrived on time, was courtesy and in and done in 20 minutes or less. It was a nice all around experience. Hope yours will be as well

The DTSS Mattress Firm damaged my bed when delivering my mattress, told me in writing they would pay for the damage, told me for months the check was in the mail, and one year later has paid me nothing. The managers who operate this business have been very dishonest. In March 2023, I purchased an adjustable base and mattress from the DTSS Mattress Firm. It was delivered within a week of purchase. The delivery crew needed to remove the slats from my current bed to setup the adjustable base. In a rush, they forced the slats off and damaged them. The slats were brand new (custom made purchase that came with the Ethan Allen bed frame). Long story short: I contacted Mattress Firm, sent pictures of the damage, and provided them with estimates for repair. They told me in April 2023 that I would receive a check in the mail in 7-10 business days. In July 2023, when I still had not received anything, I emailed the company several times to no avail. When sensing that they weren't going to be responsive, I filed a BBB complaint. I actually received a phone call from Mattress Firm after this complaint was filed. They told me someone would drop-off the money at my house. This was very odd since a check had allegedly been sent in the mail. Unsurprisingly, no one dropped off any money. I went back to the store location, because I was not getting responses to email, and the associate (Manny) told me the same thing I had been hearing for months: the check is in the mail. Mistakes happen. But companies should be accountable for correcting them. This company has not only failed in this regard, but they have been systematically dishonest.
