If I could give 0 stars I would. I didnt have an ID on me. But verified my name on MULTIPLE different cards, gave my social, my account number and I even had my passbook for my savings account with them. They still made me verify my pin on the card associated with the account that I wanted to withdrawal from and STILL wouldnt allow me to withdrawal more than what the ATM would give me. Long story short, dont forget your ID, they are robots.

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. There is no line setup and people just cut you in line. The tellers were rude.

Place sucks....2 forms of ID to cash a payroll check after using this bank for 9 years. What a joke.

I was in search of a notary, and after calling a few other places with no luck, I contacted this South Shore Bank location. The woman on the phone told me they had two notaries available that day, and no appointment was necessary. When I showed up, I was pleased to learn that, as a community bank, they offer the service for free! Everyone I encountered was super friendly and very helpful, they made a potentially stressful experience very easy.
