    Started off as a dream but turned into a nightmare. 1st 2 nights here were great until the hotel decided to book a large group of what appeared to be pre-teens and placed them all on the 9th floor. They constantly run the halls, slamming doors, and talking loudly. On the 1st night that I complained to the front desk, the young lady that assisted me was very sympathetic and payed for dinner for both myself and my 2 team mates. The noise however continued well after midnight. Because of her kindness and apologies, I did not complain and I hoped that tomorrow would be different. Boy was I wrong! Tonight was even worst. It started with the kids playing with the elevator causing a long line in the lobby. They continued to go up and down in the elevator. Whenever it stopped and the doors opened, they would laugh and press the button and go down again, it was full so no one else could get on. This continued to happened until another adult told them to stop playing and kicked them off having to force his way through the closing doors. Noise was even worst. I called the front desk 3 times and all the person that answered said was she'd let her manager know. On the 3rd time I called, she hung the phone up in ny face. Which is why I'm now doing this review after 11:12pm. I can't sleep!!! I'm only a few nights away from achieving Titanium Status, however I am Diamond with Hilton. (Hilton would not have allowed thisto happen)Considering how I was treated and the fact that this hotel would allow a group of kids to take over is why I definitely would not recommend it. This has by far been the worst experience that I have ever had at a hotel. Please take your business elsewhere!

    Think long and hard about staying at the Boston Marriott Burlington in Burlington, Ma., particularly if you are attending an event hosted in its conference center. A group of attendees of a conference held at the Boston Marriott Burlington in December - including myself - are now disputing thousands of dollars of unapproved charges on our credit and debit cards because hotel management decided that the best way to address a contractual disagreement with the events organizer was to start charging the cards attendees gave at check-in for room incidentals for the outstanding balance for the event. A lot of extra effort and lost productivity because a new manager of the Boston Marriott Burlington did not want to honor payment terms agreed to between the previous manager and the event organizer. I would have some sympathy if the Boston Marriott Burlington charged me for the room I stayed in two nights, as it was part of a block of rooms that was included in the event I attended, but a worn-out, below-grade hotel room near the workout room isnt worth the $7,162 of chargebacks my credit card provider had to issue.

    It's sad to see how this hotel is falling down. The elevators had been broken almost every stay this time only two of the three elevators worked. The gym for the last two stays has had the ac broken making that place unbearable especially with others working out. Great location great staff, but in a bad need of some major repairs.
