I had an allergy attack from chemicals sprayed on the carpet previously and John cleared it with a pure hot rinse water steaming. Where I earlier couldn't walk on the carpet barefoot for 5 days, I am no able to walk around with no problem. With this rinsr, we even saw the original color of the carpet

This is the second time we have hired JP to clean our area rugs and the second time I have been blown away by his services. Both times we have had him clean multiple rugs that were generally soiled by having a large dog in the house and general wear. Once cleaned, they looked like new and smelled great! This second time, we also had him clean a couch that had blood stains on it (again, from our dog) that we had tried in vain to clean ourselves. I was shocked to find he was able to get them out!!! On top of the great service, JP is friendly, wore a mask without any hesitation, and went above and beyond by adding in a few extras at no charge (cleaning floor mats, vacuuming installed carpet we weren't getting cleaned and vacuuming the entryway that had some dirt). I HIGHLY recommend. Oh, and I had an easy time booking with his wife Colleen- she has always been very responsive and friendly. Services: General carpet cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal, Upholstery cleaning

We were thrilled with the quality of the services from JP Carpet Cleaning. We hired them to take a look at our home that housed 2 cats and a dog. John arrived on time, took care of all the logistics in terms of parking and loading supplies (which we were nervous about as it was a second floor apartment with very specific parking), and cleaned in record time. He pulled up all the animal fur from the carpet and it looked brand new by the time he was done.  Prices were extremely reasonable and John could not have been friendlier. Thanks again!!!

Would not use them again.  Carpets not cleaned very well and poor customer service.  They're very nice on first contact, but that's about it.

If I could give no stars I would.  I arranged 2 weeks ahead for a 930 AM appointment as early morning was critical.  Confirmed by the owners wife.  ALL in writing.  930 rolls around - no one.  I call repeatedly, text, no response until at 10:05 after I email and text don't bother coming the owners wife calls.  Claims a scheduling mix up and it was on book for 1230!  I NEVER would have booked 12:30 as the room is used every day in the evening and the carpets would not have been dry!  She made excuses about the scheduling and how it was ME being inflexible!  Then offered the next day - in spite of the fact that all smaller furniture items were moved out of the room and were sitting OUTSIDE of my house!  I was incredibly upset and couldn't believe the excuses, HOSTILITY and lack of professionalism.
