We used Stephen's Cleaning after a neighbor had a wonderful experience. We hired Stephen to clean a few different rugs and also a bench that had been damaged by kiddos spilling who knows what on it?! We were so thrilled with the outcome! Everything looks GREAT! Stephen was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Spilled full mug of coffee on a very light colored wool berber. Had two professional attempts before Stephen. When he called me up after 45 minutes work, I was ready to once again hear the stain would not come up. Instead, it was gone and almost back to new. The fact he also worked on a Saturday morning made this a 5 star experience. Very highly recommend!

we have Stephen come in the spring every year to clean our carpets including our oriental rugs and Sisal carpets. You would never guess we have a German Shepherd living in the house. Our dog brought in a ton of mud the morning of a big party and Stephen came in on very short notice and made the carpets look as good as new. His service is outstanding and prices are extremely reasonable.

Stephen is the best! I've been using him for years to clean our whole house, including carpets and furniture. He does a fabulous job, is totally dependable, reliable and understands all fabrics and fibers. I wouldn't use anyone else!
