      • Quantum Knot

        Windstream has to be the lousiest of the telecom carriers Ive used on the business front in nearly several decades of my existence in the space. Support is not helpful and dont bother calling in to help. I suspect they are just getting anyone who can pick up a phone but corporate forgot to train them what to do. The customer success manager pretends to help but more often feels like gaslighting at times and in the way things are presented. The sales rep hears but ineffective. One more add, this is not a one company experience. I walked into another engagement a couple years ago in a different state and the experience was just as pathetic. My manager happily gave them the boot there. We went with another telecom-ish carrier (few choices at the location) not exactly know for stellar support danced circles around Windstream.
