Working with OnTo Mortgage throughout our home buying journey was an amazing experience. Every rep we worked with was knowledgeable, thorough, and very timely. Whenever we requested an updated pre-approval letter, we had it within a day, and often sooner. When we finally had an offer accepted, the process could not have been smoother. Everything was explained and all our questions were answered. We had a tight timeline in order to get everything situated before our vacation that was directly prior to closing, and our loan officer, Melissa, worked hard to ensure we had everything we needed before we left. Email and text responses were prompt, and they all made it a very stress free process. I cannot recommend OnTo enough!

Onto Mortgage made what is typically a stressful and long process seamless and quick. From getting preapproved, going though the application, underwriting, and closing they always had our best interests in mind. Shout out to Ed and Judi especially, they were a genuine pleasure to work with! We went from offer accepted to closing in less than a month thanks to Onto Mortgage. We couldnt havent asked for better as first time home buyers. No doubt were using them again for any future needs.

I had the BEST experience with OnTo Mortgage, from start to finish. This was my first time buying a property as a single woman and I was nervous! Dan was accessible, responsive, patient, and kind. I know he must work with a ton of people but it really felt like he was in my corner. He ran monthly payment estimates for me on several properties so I could put offers in with confidence. Melissa helped to process my loan and was just as fantastic as Dan. She took the time to call me and explain things I was unfamiliar with on several occasions. I was never left wondering what was going on in the process because the team always communicated quickly and proactively. I can't recommend Dan, Melissa, and OnTo highly enough! thank you Dan and Melissa!
