They are an incredible team!! If you need to move fast and want to make sure you will get your mortgage, go with Rich Clayton at MSA mortgage!! Don't make the mistake of going with an independent broker. Rich Clayton and his team are a full service in house mortgage company with their own underwriters. We used them to buy our first house and could not have been happier with their professional service. Highly recommend using them!!

Well, it all started when my buyer clients had a prior lender with whom theyd worked to commence the mortgage loan process in mid-September. However, there was slow, if any, progress which likely would impact the buyers ability to purchase this home and stay on track. Stressful days with no end in sight meant we had to make a change in order to meet the deadline to close.
