NO One at this department wants to do they're job, I filed a negligence report with proof of threatened violence against a child and they didn't even bother investigating and didn't open a case. If they do this to you and your trying to open a legitimate case to protect a child contact D.O.R (Department of Revenue) they can go after DCF and hold them accountable.

Complain of your neighbors illegal day care. They don't care and do a simple level check.

I must be honest in my review and recent experience. We had to meet with their worker named Erin who was very pleasant/kind and respectful during her visit. At the end of this appointment, we all felt a good and positive connection, something like a friendship. A huge respect and appreciation to Erin for everything she has done for us. Why in gods name would someone take help from a place that can't even get 2 stars and half don't have kids of their own to be judging other people parenting and to top it off they traumatized kids lying to them.
