        I have been living in Strata for about a year now and have been very very happy with my experience living here and am renewing for another year lease! The staff is always helpful and the building is extremely well kept and clean and the maintenance team is also amazing, i defiantly recommend living here

        As a realtor, I do not recommend that agents recommend this apartment complex to clients. My client leased here April 2023 and the management was extremely unresponsive to my client throughout the 12 month lease.. also they promise agents a small broker fee.. I've been trying to get paid the fee from Management since April 2023.. now 11 months later, March 2024, the Strata has not paid the broker fee.. AND have ignored me for months. A really poor experience for my client during their 1 year lease.. and a bad agent experience as well.

        Excellent management Denise & Shannon are both amazing to work with, friendly and welcoming. Adam and the other maintenance worker have been wonderful. These are exceptionally clean and spacious apartments, wonderful amenities a newly renovated workout space with new equipment, very large common areas both inside and outside. A very child friendly and family oriented property! Very impressed. If youre looking for a place this is definitely the complex to contact !

We are still waiting on a current W9 for your office, since the one received was for a closed office in Arlington that the check was sent to. We are happy to get this squared away for you, however we need the correct information on where the check need to be sent, or someone from your company to update the information in NetVendor as explained before. I do hope we can get this resolved in the near future as I know how frustrating this has been for you.
