From the second I arrived on site for my tour I was greeted by the friendliest leasing staff Ive ever met.
Ariel and the team are absolutely incredible. Personable, responsive, knowledgeable - the list goes on! My family highly recommends taking a tour. You will leave with a lease signed!

One of the worst customer experiences ever. I applied for an apartment twice. At the time of visit we had specified our immigrant status and they seemed fine with it and we were encouraged to submit an application. Once submitted, due to the lack of knowledge of the management office about immigration our application was rejected and the application fees that was promised to be refunded has not been refunded. The management office needs to educate themselves on immigration laws.

Quarrystone was my last stop while looking for a new apartment, a month ago. I almost canceled my tour but so glad I didnt. Brenden was my leasing consultant and gave me a very informative tour. I needed lots of closet space and the apartment I was interested in was not ready to be seen, but thanks to Brenden being so knowledgeable I felt super comfortable moving forward with leasing an apartment site unseen. Once in the apartment, I was not disappointed. It has exactly what I needed. Lots of closet and storage space. The interior finishes are also a higher quality than in most luxury apartment complexes; even brand new ones. Great insulation, as well. More importantly, Brenden didnt just look to lock a lease in and left us stranded once the lease was signed. He is still very responsive and quick to solve problems or have an answer. LOVE LOVE LOVE being here so far location and amenities are awesome, too!!! All residents we met so far are extremely friendly.

Went to visit the property and get information. The office person was generally ok. Though they did not seem to have much information on availability. Talked to some of the residence on the property and to the guy who works at the convenience store located in the building. They all said the same thing. Too much noise and parking was a problem. Too much loud music and stomping. For those of us that work from home now due to the pandemic they don't seem to have asked people to behave. I have never heard of anyone being evicted from an apt for being loud but, I think management companies need to rethink that because of the number of folks who work from home now. It's a shame because the location and the amenities are good. That said there are 3 other properties in the same location managed by a different company.
