I had an great experience with the Village management team, particularly with Brianna. As I was selling my condo and needed the 6D to finalize the deal, Brianna stepped in and provided invaluable assistance. Her timely responses, attention to detail, and diligent management ensured that I didn't miss any deadlines. Despite my initial oversight in not addressing this sooner, Brianna's support enabled me to complete everything on time. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the seamless collaboration with the management team. Thank you!

The apartments look decent and are big enough for at least 3 people to live in comfortably, and the maintenance workers are nice, but my apartment is swarmed with mice (which live in the walls between the apartments so there isnt much we can do), and mold keeps growing everywhere. Not to mention the toilet keeps leaking onto the floor every 3 months

Came here to post about my experience with the condo management and I guess my poor experience with them wasnt a blip. The office mgmt failed to provide adequate details about the scope of a project requiring access to my attic and the potential impact on residents - the one and only notice I received stated they needed to access my attic to add insulation. The workers came in and proceeded to cover my bedroom in plastic which I wasnt expecting since the notice the office sent out didnt mention any of this and I was left to clean up fiberglass and cellulose dust from the work that was done. The mgmt also failed to mention that the project would require my window to be open for the entire duration to let a tube in for blown insulation. Bc the window was open, the wind blew more dust around even with the plastic covering that was loosely blocking my bedroom from the rest of the house. What ensued was hours of cleaning my entire bedroom and walls which were covered in dust from the attic insulation and an unexpected purchase of a HEPA air purifier. When I reached out to the office and let them know they should be letting residents know the scope of work being done & how the living space will be impacted, they attached a different notice in their reply stating that they had sent out their attached memo (which so conveniently had all the details I wouldve appreciated, see screenshot of PDF). Good thing I took a photo of the one notice I actually received since I forwarded it to my boss the night I received it to ask for last minute shift coverage (the notice was sent out ~5 weeks before they needed access to my attic, my workplace requires 2 months for PTO requests). I also asked my neighbors across the hall what kind of notice they received. They confirmed they only received 1 letter, the same letter I had that only said access to my attic was required. Lots of issues here even if I give them the benefit of doubt: why are there 2 different notices going around in the first place? Why didnt the office confirm with the insulation company what the details of their work entailed, to cover their own bases? A newborn baby or someone with breathing issues would not have done well with the dusty mess that was left behind. Not only did the office mgmt (Brianna) blatantly lie about a notice they never sent out but also sent a very unprofessional, dismissive reply to my email. She said the material was just cellulose, made of recycled paper and cardboard, as if bc its not fiberglass its not hazardous. I pointed out the inaccuracies in her response as I did see a large roll of fiberglass brought in by the workers and the danger is in how fine the fibers are as paper and cardboard are still not materials meant to be inhaled. Theres a reason why the workers were dressed in full body PPE. Briannas next action was to call my landlord instead of replying to me and forwarded my response to the insulation company. However, my biggest issue here was with the poor communication from the mgmt, not with the workers that were just doing the job they were paid to do. And once again, instead of acknowledging their mistake, she passed on the issue to the insulation company. Had I been adequately forewarned of a job requiring my entire room to be covered in plastic wrap, I wouldve taken my own measures to prepare for such job. Thankfully, I got a professional response from the insulation company with a resolution I am satisfied with, which I wasnt expecting as Brianna had set the bar so low. Briannas response was full of excuses to try and cover up their inability to manage. An honestly pathetic attempt at handling a residents concerns and it showed the true intentions and interests of the condo mgmt, which was clearly demonstrated through this interaction. Ive been a tenant here for a few years now & I thought Id want to buy a condo in the future here but after the experience I had, I will not be pursuing that. Check out the glowing reviews over at Deerfield, the condo next to us, compared to NV and thats all you need to know.
