Supposedly management lives there but neglects the visible things that need to be maintained on the property. Paint is chipping on all outside support beams, landscaping is never supervised, residents leave trash outside the dumpsters and don't know how to recycle. Maintenance personnel, like in so many other places, park in handicap spaces and is generally disrespectful to residents. There's a drunk guy who lives on the top floor who can't stop using his speaker setting on his phone at all hours of the day/night. You can hear him in 58, across the street from the building I live in, 57. The new train station is being built and the noise is terrible. You do not want to live here! Noisy, Like the big city now.
