        Worst forever 21 you can ever go to! Clothes are dragged all over the dirty floor that they never clean. Stock boy in the back pees in water bottles and touches the clothes right after. (The manager, Masha, knows this and does nothing). Store is run by a whole bunch of little kids that dont know how to make logical, executive decisions and then wonder why theyre not making any money. Most unsanitary clothing store in the nation. If you dont want to catch some disease, go elsewhere. If you even try to complain, the store manager, masha, will literally laugh in your face and turn away (talk about entitled and rude)

        The store sold me an DEFECTIVE ITEM where the zipper or the dress opens up when I wore the dress and I was left with my underwear showing in a restaurant. Apparently this situation amused the store manager who was unbelievably mean and un unempathetic. I was never treated this way my entire life. You do not sell your customers defective items at a high price point and then refuse to refund because they wore it. Im not staying quiet about this Because it s not only the worst customer series but also you have no right into selling defective clothing items to customers.
